The Stoney Brook Board is responsible for the governance of the affairs of the Association. Only Owners eligible to vote, current in the payment of Assessments, and otherwise in good standing, may be elected to, or appointed to fill a vacancy on the Board.
The 2022 Annual Meeting was held January 25, 2023, and three members were elected to three-year terms. Mike Meisinger (Unit 326), Lorri Stonbraker (Unit 449), and Robert (Bob) Bulkley (Unit 416).
At its regular meeting following the Annual Meeting, the Board also elected its officers for 2023: Robert (Bob) Bulkley, President; Evelyn Burke, Vice President; Andrew Klatskin, Secretary; and Hal Fireman, Treasurer.
