Dear Residents,
Beginning Monday, April 27, 2026, weather permitting, TriStone Construction will be onsite to complete the seal coating of all community streets and parking pads.
The color‑coded map shows each section of the community and the specific dates work will take place. Please review both the map and the schedule below to determine when your street or parking pad will be affected. The office will also inform residents in advance which section will be closed off each day in case the map is difficult to interpret.

- Dark Blue – Monday, April 27
- Red – Wednesday, April 29
- Green – Friday, May 1
- Purple – Monday, May 4
- Yellow – Wednesday, May 6
- Orange – Friday, May 8
- Pink – Monday, May 11
- Aqua or Light Blue – Wednesday, May 13

Resident Instructions
- If your section is scheduled, please move all vehicles out of that area (such as a nearby parking pad) the night before work begins.
- Wednesday schedule:
- This day overlaps with trash and recycle service. TriStone will complete morning prep work around these services; however, all vehicles must still be removed from the scheduled section so seal coating can be completed that afternoon.
- When driving through the neighborhood, please watch for detours, traffic‑controlled areas, and contractor personnel directing vehicles around active work zones.
- Avoid driving on newly seal-coated areas for 24 hours, unless instructed otherwise by the office.
