2026 Seal Coat Project

Dear Residents,

TriStone Construction will begin the seal coating of all community streets and parking pads on Monday, May 4, 2026. The project will follow a color‑coded schedule, and each section of the community has an assigned work date. Please review the project map and zone schedule to confirm when your area will be affected. Parking pads must be kept clear of all vehicles and storage containers during your scheduled zone. Owners are responsible for notifying their renters of this project and the required compliance.

Residents and visitors are asked to follow all detour and traffic‑control signage when entering or exiting the community.

Resident Instructions & Access Restrictions

Full 24‑Hour Closure: On your scheduled application day, your street will be fully blockaded with cones and signage. No vehicles will be able to enter or exit during the 24‑hour curing period.

Move Vehicles the Night Before: If you need to use your vehicle on your zone’s work day, please park outside your designated zone the night before.

Where to Park: Residents may use overflow parking on streets outside the active phase. The HOA has temporarily suspended “No Overnight Parking” rules in these areas for the duration of the project.

Trash & Recycle Days: TriStone will work around morning service, but all vehicles must still be removed so coating can be completed in the afternoon.

Walking Routes: Please use alternative walking routes, especially with your pets to avoid freshly coated areas and traffic‑control zones.

Traffic Control: Expect detours and follow contractor personnel and posted signs.

Curing Time: Avoid driving on newly coated surfaces for 24 hours, unless otherwise directed by the HOA office.
