Common Area Maintenance

Repairs to the pool water lines are currently underway. Concrete installation for the pool deck is scheduled for October 9, 2025. The pool is closed for the season, and the hot tub will remain closed until the deck has fully cured and the crew can safely install the stairs.

Maintenance Crew - Seasonal leaf removal will take place throughout the community during October and November. Please be mindful of crews working in common areas.

The maintenance crew will be performing seasonal blowouts of the sprinkler systems in the common areas from October 13 to 17. Sprinkler systems will be inactive afterward, signaling the end of the watering season.

Badger, the Contractor, will be onsite starting October 15 to clean Pond 9, located behind Unit 208. This work will require a temporary lane closure at Union and Temple. Duration is expected to be approximately one to one and a half weeks, depending on weather conditions
